Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Because our inventory consists of unique, pre‑loved, and vintage items, some orders may require additional packaging care. During high‑volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.


Shipping Methods

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Once your order is on the way, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Dimensions
  • Destination

Some fragile or oversized items may include additional packaging fees to ensure safe delivery.


Packaging

All items are packaged with care to protect their condition.
We often use recycled or reused packaging materials to support sustainable practices.


Local Pickup

If you offer local pickup, I can add this section. Just tell me and I’ll format it for Shopify.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

We will assist with filing a carrier claim.
The Revival District Company is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are second‑hand, vintage, or one‑of‑a‑kind, all sales are final.
Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
